1. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All Sales Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Wrong size selected
Color or style preferences
Buyer’s remorse

Defective Products Only

If your product arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Include: Order number, photos, and issue description.

If approved, we may replace the item or issue a refund (our choice).

Not Considered Defects

Normal pilling/fuzzing (bamboo fiber)
Minor color variations
Worn or washed socks
Damage from improper care or normal wear

Your state warranty rights apply, including California’s Song-Beverly Act.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Bamboo Fiber Socks

Naturally pilling — NOT a defect
Breathable, antibacterial
May shrink 3–5%
Pills removable with fabric shaver

Premium Cotton Socks

Durable, moisture-absorbing
Minor pilling possible

Care Instructions

Bamboo Socks:

Machine wash cold (≤30°C)
No bleach, tumble dry, ironing, or dry cleaning
Wash inside-out
Air dry

Cotton Socks:

Machine wash warm (≤40°C)
Same restrictions
Air dry recommended

Colors & Sizing

Colors may vary
Check size charts carefully
No returns for size errors

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 3–7 business days
Total estimate: 4–10 business days

Tracking information is emailed.

Customer Responsibility

You must provide:

Correct shipping address
Secure delivery location
Reshipping fee if address is incorrect

Our Responsibility

We cover:

Packages lost before delivery
Shipping damage

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices in USD
Taxes applied as required
Payments processed via Square (PCI Level 1 secure)

We do not store full credit card numbers.

We may cancel orders due to:

Pricing errors
Fraud concerns
Out-of-stock items

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content belongs to Drink Hoe LLC, including:

Sock designs
Logos & branding
Website photos & descriptions

No unauthorized copying, resale, or reproduction is allowed.

We enforce our rights under U.S. Copyright & Trademark Law.

6. WARRANTY

We provide a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

Does NOT cover:

Normal wear
Pilling
Improper washing
Misuse
Unauthorized sellers

We may repair, replace, or refund.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our maximum liability = amount you paid.

We are not liable for:

Indirect damages
Lost profits
Replacement costs

We cannot limit liability where prohibited by law (e.g., injury, fraud, gross negligence).

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

Governing law: California.

Before filing any claim:

Small Claims Court allowed.

Time limit to file: 1 year (unless state law prohibits shortening).

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Terms may change; we provide notice for material updates.
Invalid sections do not affect the rest.
Failure to enforce does not waive rights.
You may not assign; we may assign if needed (e.g., business sale).
