For hygiene and product integrity reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong size selected
• Color preferences
• Style preferences
• Ordering the wrong item
• Buyer’s remorse
• Any item that has been worn, washed, or tried on

ABOUT BAMBOO & COTTON THREAD VARIATION
Because our socks are crafted using premium natural fibers, both bamboo and cotton yarn can produce minor and natural stitching differences. These variations are normal in textile manufacturing and are not defects.
Cotton Yarn Thread Variation
Our Premium Cotton socks may show slight natural stitching differences, including:
• Minor logo outline inconsistencies
• Small thread tightening or loosening
• Subtle density variation in embroidery
• Minor shape variation from pair to pair
These variations occur naturally with cotton yarn and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Bamboo Yarn Variation
Our bamboo socks use bamboo yarn, which has a looser, softer texture. You may notice:
• Slight uneven stitching
• Small thread lifts
• Subtle differences in logo shape or thickness
• Natural texture variation
These are natural characteristics of bamboo fiber and are not considered defects.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ONLY
We only offer replacements or refunds for products that are:
• Defective
• Damaged during shipping
• Materially different from what you ordered
If you believe your item is defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a defect claim:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
• A brief description
If approved, we may replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
If a return is required, a prepaid return label will be provided. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT
The following conditions do not qualify for returns or refunds:
Natural Material Characteristics
• Normal pilling or fuzzing (common with natural fibers)
• Cotton yarn thread variation
• Bamboo yarn thread variation
• Minor color differences (dye lot variation)
• Slight differences between pairs
Customer-Caused Conditions
• Worn or washed socks
• Damage caused by improper washing
• Damage from snagging, abrasion, or normal wear

SHIPPING ISSUES
Lost Packages (Before Delivery)
If a package is lost before being marked delivered, we will assist with a carrier claim and provide a replacement or refund.
Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered)
If a package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be found, this is considered theft after delivery and is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking:
• Neighbors
• Building staff
• Mailroom or package lockers
• Delivery photos
We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
If the package is returned to us, the customer must pay for reshipment.
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under federal or state consumer protection laws.
